Scope

All services are defined per signed proposal. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain rights to display work in our portfolio.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
